The streak continues! A-Rod 14 straight seasons of 30/100

This has to be one of the toughest seasons for A-Rod, he struggled early in the season to hit for power and spent much of the season with nagging injuries. But once again Alex showed why nobody should count him out. A-Rod had gotten 100 RBI long ago, but the big question would be if he would get to 30 home runs. Well tonight against the Blue Jays A-Rod sent number 30 over the left field fence to give him 14 straight seasons of 30 and 100, very impressive.

Last season A-Rod hit two home runs and seven RBI's in the final game of the season to give him 30/100. Some including myself felt that was the way he showed that he was ready for the 2009 postseason, and we all know what happened then. This past week A-Rod has been hot once again and has managed to reach 30/100 in the last week of the season. Lets see now how he does in the 2010 postseason.
