The Yankees were 2 outs away from being swept by the Baltimore Orioles when Nick Swisher showed some opposite field power and deposited a home run into the visitors bullpen. The walk off came at a time when the Yankees needed it most, having lost three straight after an eight game winning streak. The bombers job ain't over yet since they will have a tough road trip ahead facing the Rangers and Rays on the road, but the walk off by Swisher makes the trip start on a positive note.
